Hi, I am Gracie. I am four years old, I am a retriever /lab mix, and I just recently lost my home. I was brought to the shelter because my owner decided that he had too many animals. I am not exactly sure why I was chosen to find a new home. Anyway, I am putting my best paw forward and trying to find a new home. I have all of my shots, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have already been spayed. I have a pretty black coat and a white chest. I already have very nice doggie manners and I am calm. I could fit into a house that was very active or one that wasn’t. When you look at my picture, do you see my sad eyes? I can’t help it, I am a little sad. I am hoping that my new owners will come soon and my eyes will be smiling again.

Montgomery, AL (April 24, 2013)-The dedication of the Hannah Daye Ridling Bark Park will take place on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 11 am following the Honorable Todd Strange media briefing, at the Vaughn Rd entrance to Blount Cultural Park.

The Montgomery Humane Society raised the funds to have an off leash first class dog park in Montgomery. The City Parks and Recreation constructed the park and will maintain going forward.

Well hello, my name is Millie. You can probably see that I might have some Dalmatian in my family tree with all of the small black spots on my coat, but I am definitely shaped like a bulldog! I am kind of low to the ground like a bulldog! I am about two years old and I would love to have a home real soon. I have all of my vaccinations, I have been tested for heartworms, I have a microchip, and I have already been spayed. There is one thing you should know about me.
