MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Authorities scrambled to evacuate the east side of Cramton Bowl during a high school football game on Friday night following reports of a gas leak.

Authorities say the odor of gas was reported on the east side of the stadium during the Central - Phenix City v. Jeff Davis game on Friday night. Crews evacuated spectators on the east side of the stadium.

The fire department determined it was possibly a boiler leak. By that time the game had resumed and all fans were moved to the west side of the stadium.

No injuries were reported.
