Biscuits to Reduce Food Prices | News
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Montgomery Biscuits are excited to announce “Monty’s Markdowns,” ownership’s decision to immediately drop the prices of more than 20 of Riverwalk Stadium’s award-winning food items.
Monty’s Markdowns will cut the prices on everything from hot dogs to burgers to ice cream items to the famous chicken biscuits.
"A lot went into this decision," said Biscuits Co-Owner Tom Dickson. "In addition to a recognition of the tough economic times, we've always prided ourselves on providing affordable family fun, and are confident this demonstrates our continued commitment to that."
In addition to the markdowns, the Biscuits will continue weekly specials such as Dollar Dog Tuesday, Military Wednesday, and Thirsty Thursday, committed to providing even more savings. The Biscuits also have two upcoming Friday Feast Nights featuring a variety of $1.00 food items throughout the ballpark.
“Monty’s Markdowns is a decision that’s probably close to unprecedented in professional sports,” continued Dickson. “But it’s one we’re willing to make in order to ensure a trip to a Biscuits game remains affordable for everyone.”
