Mill St. shooting victim now stable | News
MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA)- Montgomery police are identifying the man who was found shot in the side on Mill Street Monday afternoon.
Tommy C. Fleming, 52, was found around 5pm. He'd apparently been shot while driving through the area.
Fleming was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, but his condition has since been updated to stable.
There are no suspects in custody at this time, though investigators say they have a few persons of interest. There is no word yet on a motive.
Authorities are asking anyone who may have information to please call CrimeStoppers at 215-STOP.
