Come out and give today at 12's Day of Giving | News

WSFA 12 News' 12's Day of Giving is going on right now and its your chance to give.  A one day event to help local families make the holidays special, when they can't afford to otherwise: For more than 10 years that has been the mission of 12's Day of Giving.

Friday December 14th WSFA 12 News, along with Dixie Electric Cooperative, Mix 103, 95.1 the Fox, Y102 and WLWI 92, present - 12's Day of Giving - to benefit Toys For Tots , Christmas Clearing House, and the Montgomery Area Food Bank. These three groups truly capture the spirit of giving in this community around the holidays.

The WSFA 12 News tents will be set up in front of the WAL-MART Superstore on Atlanta Highway from 5:00AM until 7:00PM, accepting donations of unused toys, non-perishable food and money. WSFA 12 News, Mix 103, 95.1 the Fox, Y102 and WLWI 92 personalities will be live at the event all day long with updates on the success of 12's Day of Giving . The good people at Dixie Electric Cooperative will be helping to "power" the event and collect donations.

Friday December 14th, come out and be a part of the WSFA 12 News commitment to our community and make a contribution to the lives of the less fortunate families in Alabama. Shouldn't every family feel the blessings of Christmas?
