City of Montgomery to host RiverRegionLean.com Health and Wellness Fair | Events
The City of Montgomery is hosting a RiverRegionLean.com Health and Wellness Fair this Saturday, August 11th from 10am until 2pm at Eastdale Mall.
The exhibitors will be promoting healthy living to the residents in the River Region as they create more awareness of the options that are available in the community to live a healthier lifestyle.
Baptist Health will be giving free blood pressure checks and there will be live demonstrations from The Taoist Tai Chi Society and Body Trac Fitness.
In addition, there will be lots of give-a-ways and information available from the exhibitors.
