Man arrested for breaking into office building on New Year's | Crime

On Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 at about 4:00 a.m. MPD patrol responded to a business alarm in the 200 block of Commerce Street. Upon arrival they noticed the front glass door had been shattered and there was some damage to the interior of the business. After entering the business they located Kyle Acreman, 25, of Montgomery. Acreman was taken into custody and charged with third degree Burglary. Acreman was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility where he was held under a $15,000 bond.
